Relocating to Russia
Immigrating to Russia offers a unique opportunity for those who share Russian values and wish to build a new life in the country. Russia upholds traditional values, rich cultural diversity, and a strong sense of community. Those who are ready to contribute will find in Russia an environment that prioritizes family and tradition.
Recent legislative reforms provide advantages for citizens of countries that share these traditional and spiritual values — including exemptions from language exams and migration quotas.
Russia offers not only economic opportunities but also a true home for those seeking stability and solidarity. Here, the community takes precedence over individualism, and tradition coexists harmoniously with modern progress.
Values
Our common Values
Immigration to Russia is an opportunity to live by the values that define Russian society. Russia is built on strong family ties, respect for traditions, cultural pride, and a commitment to the common good rather than individualism. These values shape a society where stability, mutual support, and a sense of belonging are fundamental.
For those who identify with these ideals, Russia represents an environment in harmony with their worldview. The new legal framework increasingly supports foreign nationals who share Russian values, making it easier to obtain residence through exemptions from language, cultural, and legal exams, and eliminating migration quotas.
These measures reflect Russia’s commitment to preserving its cultural identity while promoting a conscious and spiritually compatible form of integration.
Living in Russia means choosing a lifestyle where tradition and modernity coexist, and where personal and collective values are aligned.
Shared Values
Residency
Foreign nationals from countries where neoliberal values are promoted at the state level can now apply for a Temporary Residence Permit (RVP) in Russia — without quotas or the requirement to pass exams on the Russian language, history, or legal foundations of the Russian Federation.
This opportunity arises from a decree signed by the President of the Russian Federation on August 19, 2024, aimed at providing humanitarian support to citizens of 47 “unfriendly” countries who have expressed the desire to settle in Russia due to their rejection of the ideological and political policies of their country of citizenship or permanent residence, which contradict Russia’s traditional spiritual and moral values.
The Temporary Residence Permit is valid for three years and offers a simplified immigration path to Russia. More details are available in the official publication.
