The Welcome to Russia foundation was established by Maria Butina, a Deputy of the Russian Duma. Its goal is to provide information on the processes and pathways for relocating to Russia while assisting Russian authorities in implementing best practices for managing immigration procedures.

Deputy of the Duma

Maria Butina is a prominent figure from Russia, widely recognized for her work as a public activist, politician, and advocate for cultural and social initiatives. She currently serves as a Deputy of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia, representing her constituents on national and international matters.

Her Mission and Work
Maria Butina is passionate about promoting a deeper understanding of Russia, both domestically and abroad. She is the founder of the “Welcome to Russia” Foundation, which focuses on assisting individuals interested in relocating to Russia, providing guidance, and facilitating their integration into Russian society. The foundation also helps government agencies implement best practices in immigration and cultural exchange.
