founded by Maria Butina

a member of the Russian State Duma, supports individuals who share Russia’s values and wish to migrate to the country. The fund provides assistance in four key areas:

Answering Questions and Offering Support

The fund adidresses individual concerns, helps connect people with the right contacts in Russia, and facilitates communication with relevant authorities and organizations.
